Dream Communication: The Breakthrough by REMspace and Its Future Potential
Being a technology lover from a young age, I have always wanted to experience lucid dreaming; those fleeting moments when we are conscious of the dream but still inside it. Well, let me tell you, there is more than just dreaming. REMspace, for instance. In an unprecedented development, the firm successfully allowed two people to exchange messages inside their lucid dreams for the very first time. This may actually alter even the most basic concepts of sleep, consciousness and communication.

Entertain the possibilities: what if you wanted to talk to a person on another continent not sending a text message or making a phone call, but sending him or her a dream? Science fiction would have remained just that, but thanks to research and advancements in technology, it is now on the brink of becoming something else. But future technology possibilities, how far can they go?
Future Potential: What Could Be Next?
If REMspace could modify and improve this technology the uses are countless. This is what I believe we will be looking at in a few years from now:
1. Therapeutic Applications
Perhaps the most beneficial use of dream communication is its application in therapeutic contexts, especially in mental health. Lucid dreaming has been researched in ways where it helps one overcome fears, lower levels of stress, and even cope with traumatic events. One could picture a patient being guided while she is in a deep fear in a dream by a therapist who…
